3.2.4回弹仪率定试验所用的钢应每两年送检定单1
3.3.1 回弹仪存在下列情况之一时,应进行保养: 1 2.207J回弹仪弹击次数超过2000次,5.5J回弹仪弹击次数 超过1000次; 2在钢砧上的率定值不合格; 3对检测值存在怀疑。 3.3.2回弹仪的保养应符合下列步骤: 1将弹击锤脱钩后取出机芯,然后卸下弹击杆,取出里面的 缓冲压簧,并取出弹击锤、弹击拉簧和拉簧座; 2清洁机芯各零部件,重点清理中心导杆、弹击锤和弹击杆 的内孔和冲击面,清理后应在中心导杆上薄薄涂抹钟表油,其他零 部件均不得涂油; 3清理机壳内壁,卸下刻度尺,检查指针,2.207J回弹仪摩擦
力应为(0.5~0.8)N5.5J回弹仪摩擦力应为(0.5~0.7)N; 4保养时,不得旋转尾盖上已定位紧固的调零螺丝,不得自制 或更换零部件; 5对于数字式回弹仪,还应按产品要求的维护程序进行维护; 6保养后应按本规程第3.2.3条的要求进行率定试验 3.3.3回弹仪使用完毕后应使弹击杆伸出机壳,清除弹击杆、杆 前端球面以及刻度尺表面和外壳上的污垢、尘土。回弹仪不使用 时,应将弹击杆压入仪器内,经弹击后方可按下按钮锁住机芯,然 后将回弹仪装入仪器箱。仪器箱应平放在干燥阴凉处。数式回 弹仪长期不使用时石油标准,应取出电池
4.1.1采用回弹法检测混凝土强度时,宜具有下列资料: 1 工程名称及委托单位和相关各责任单位的名称: 构件名称、数量及混凝土类型、强度等级; 3 水泥品种、外加剂和掺合料品种、掺量,混凝土配合比等; 4 施工模板、混凝土浇筑、养护情况及浇筑日期等; 必要的设计图纸和施工记录; 检测原因。 4.1.2 回弹仪的选择应符合下列规定: 1 当混凝土设计强度等级小于C50时,采用2.207J回弹仪: 当混凝土设计强度等级天于等于C50时,采用5.5J回弹仪。 4.1.3回弹仪在检测前后,均应在钢站上做率定试验,并应符合 本规程第3.1.2条的规定 4.1.4混凝土强度可按单个构件或批量两种方式进行检测,并应 符合下列规定: 1单个构件的检测应符合本规程第4.1.5条的规定: 2对混凝土生产工艺、强度等级相同、原材料、配合比、养护 条件基本一致且龄期相近的一批同类构件的检测应采用批量检 则。按批量进行检测时,应随机抽取构件,抽检数量不宜少于同批 构件总数的30%且不宜少于10件。当检验批受检构件数量大于 30个时,抽样构件数量可适当调整,并不得少于国家现行有关标 准规定的最少抽样数量
4.1.5单个构件的检测应符合下列规定:
4.1.5单个构件的检测应符合下列规定: 1每一构件测区数不宜少于10个,当受检构件数量大于30 个且不需要提供单个构件推定强度或受检构件某一方向尺寸不大 于4.5m且另一方向尺寸不大于0.3m时,每个构件的测区数量可适 当减少,但不应少于5个: 2相两测区的间距应控制在2m以内,测区离构件端部或 施工缝边缘的距离不宜大于0.5m,且不宜小于0.2m; 3测区宜选在使回弹仪处于水平方向的混凝土浇筑侧面 当不能满足这一要求时,也可选在使回弹仪处于非水平方向的混 凝土浇筑侧面或浇筑底面: 4测区宜布置在构件的两个对称的可测面上,当不能布置在 对称的可测面上时,也可布置在同一可测面上,且应均匀分布。在 构件的重要部位及薄弱部位必须布置测区,并应避开预理件: 5测区的面积不宜大于0.04m 6检测面应为混凝土原浆面,并应清洁、平整,不应有疏松 层、浮浆、油垢、涂层以及蜂窝、麻面,必要时可用砂轮清除蔬松层 和杂物,但不能打磨露出石子面,且不应有残留的粉未或碎屑: 7对弹击时产生颤动的薄壁、小型构件应进行固定 4.1.6构件的测区应标有清晰的编号,必要时应在记录纸上绘制 测区布置示意图和描述外观质量情况。 4.1.7当检测条件与本规程测区曲线的适应条件有较大差异时 可采用在构件上钻取混凝土芯样或同条件试块对测区泵送混凝士 强度换算值进行修正。对同一强度等级混凝土修正时,芯样数量 不应少于6个,公称直径宜为100mm,高径比应为1。芯样应在测 区内钻取,每个芯样应仅加工一个试件。当采用同条件养护试块 修正时,试块数量不应少于6个,试块边长应为150mm。计算时, 则区泵送混凝土强度修正量及测区泵送混凝土强度换算值的修正 应符合下列规定:

式中: fou.io 第i个测区修正前的混凝土强度换算值(MPa),精 确到0.1MPa; fe.i1一 第i个测区修正后的混凝土强度换算值(MPa),精 确到0.1MPa。
4.2.1检测时,回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于构件的混凝土检测 面,缓慢施压,准确读数,快速复位。 4.2.2测点宜在测区范围内均匀分布,相邻两测点的净距不宜小 于20mm;测点距外露钢筋、预理件的距离不宜小于30mm。测点 不应在气孔或外露石子上,同一测点只应弹击一次。每个测区应 记取16个回弹值,每个测点的回弹值读数应精确至1。
4.3.1回弹值测量完毕后,应在有代表性的测区上测量碳化深度 直,测点数量不应少于构件测区数的30%,取其平均值作为该构件 每个测区的碳化深度值。当碳化深度值极差大于2.0mm时,应在 每个测区分别测量碳化深度值,并按每个测区碳化深度值查取相 对应的测区强度换算值
4.3.2碳化深度值测量应符合下
1可采用适当的工具在测区表面凿一孔洞,其直径约为 15mm,深度应大于混凝土的碳化深度; 2孔洞中的粉末和碎屑应除净,且不得用水擦洗: 3应采用浓度为1%~2%的酚然酒精溶液滴在孔洞内壁的 边缘处,当已碳化与未碳化界限清晰时,用碳化深度测量工具测量 已碳化与未碳化混凝土交界面到混凝土表面的垂直距离,测量不 应少于3次,每次读数应精确至0.25mm; 4应取三次测量的平均值作为检测结果,并应精确至0.5mm。 4.3.3碳化深度测量时,当碳化深度值不天于6.0mm时,精确至 0.5mm;当碳化深度值大于6.0mm时,取6.0mm作为该测区或该构 件碳化深度值
5.0.1计算测区平均回弹值时,应从该测区的16个回弹值中剔除 3个最大值和3个最小值,其余的10个回弹值按下式计算:
式中:R一一测区或试块平均回弹值,精确至0.1; R,一一测区第i个测点的回弹值。 5.0.2非水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面时,测区的平均回弹值应 按下式修正:

R。一非水平方向检测时回弹值修正值,应按本规程附录 E取值。 5.0.3当检测时回弹仪为非水平方向且测试面为混凝土的浇筑 底面时,应先按本规程附录E对回弹值进行角度修正,再按本规程 附录C取值
6.0.1本规程规定的强度换算方法适用于符合下列条件的泵送 混凝土: 1兰州新区泵送混凝土:粗骨料为碎石; 2混凝土采用的水泥、砂、石、外加剂、掺合料、拌合用水应符 合现行国家有关标准; 3采用普通成型工艺; 4自然养护,且泵送混凝土表面为十燥状态: 5龄期为14d ~ 1000d; 6泵送混凝土抗压强度为10.1MPa~85.0MPa。 6.0.2 当符合6.0.1条且采用标称能量为2.207J回弹仪,可按本规 程附录A取值。 6.0.3当符合6.0.1条且采用标称能量为5.5J回弹仪,可按本规程 附录B取值。 6.0.4当符合6.0.1条且采用标称能量为2.207J回弹仪,混凝土龄 期为3d~13d时,可按本规程附录D取值。 6.0.5当有下列情况之一时,测区泵送混凝土强度值不得按本规 程附录A~附录D查取: 1特种成型工艺制作的混凝土; 2检测部位曲率半径小于250mm; 3潮湿或浸水混凝土: 4 粗骨料为非碎石的泵送混凝土; 5表面受到腐蚀介质侵蚀的混凝土。 6.0.6 当构件的测区数不少于10个时,各测区混凝土强度换算值
的平均值及标准差应按下列公式计算:

1当构件的测区抗压强度换算值中出现小于16.0MPa的值 时,该构件的混凝土抗压强度推定值J取小于16.0MPa的值。当 被测试混凝土龄期为3d~13d时,构件的测区抗压强度换算值中 出现小于10.1MPa的值时,该构件的混凝土抗压强度推定值Jc取 小于10.1MPa的值: 2当构件的测区抗压强度换算值中出现大于50.0MPa的值 时,按单个构件计算时,推定值f.取测区抗压强度换算值中的最 小值;按批量计算时,大于50.0MPa的测区抗压强度换算值取 50.0MPa。当测试混凝土龄期为3d~13d时,构件的测区抗压强度 换算值中出现大于39.2MPa的值时,按单个构件计算时,推定值 f取测区抗压强度换算值中的最小值;按批量计算时,大于 39.2MPa的测区抗压强度换算值取39.2MPa; 3当该构件测区数少于10个时,应按下式计算:

时,可按国家现行有天标准的规定取值。 注:构件的混凝土强度推定值是指相应于强度换算值总体分布中保证率不 低于95%的构件中的现龄期混凝土抗压强度值。 6.0.8采用标称能量为2.207J回弹仪检测时,对按批量检测的构 牛,当该批构件混凝土强度标准差出现下列情况之一时,则该批构 牛应全部按单个构件检测: 1当该批构件混凝土强度平均值小于25MPa,S大于 4.50MPa时; 2当该批构件混凝土强度平均值不小于25MPa且不大于 50.0MPa,Sf大于5.50MPa时。 6.0.9采用标称能量为5.5J回弹仪检测时,构件的现龄期混凝土 强度推定值(f)应符合下列规定: 1当构件的测区抗压强度换算值中出现小于50.0MPa的值 时,该构件的测区抗压强度推定值Jeue取小于50.0MPa的值: 2当构件的测区抗压强度换算值中出现大于85.0MPa的值 时,按单个构件计算时,推定值于.ue取测区抗压强度换算值中的最 小值;按批量计算时,大于85.0MPa的测区抗压强度换算值取 85.0MPa; 3当该构件测区数少于10个时,应按下式计算:
