附录C检验和验收、沉桩、接桩和截桩、基坑开挖控
要求 9焊缝必须每层检查,焊缝不应有夹渣、气孔等缺陷,焊缝质量应满足 钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50205—2008中二级焊缝的要求,对接 头处外露金属部分应涂刷防锈防扇材料, 10焊接接头应在自然冷却后方可继续沉性,自然冷却时间不应少于10 ain,当采用二氧化碳气体保护焊时,其自然冷却时间不应少于5min,严禁 用水冷却或焊好后立即沉椎, C.3.2截桩:若需截桩,应采取有效措施确保截桩后的管桩质量,截椎宜采 用锯柱器,严禁采用大锤向鼓击截桩或强行扳拉裁,宜保留裁去部分管 桩内的预应力钢筋, C.4基坑开挖 C.4.1开挖基坑时,应制定合理的施工方案和程序,注意保持基坑护结构 或边坡、土体的稳定,并做好监测工作,实施动态管理, C.4.2严禁在同一基坑范图内的施工现场边沉柱边开挖基坑, C.4.3在饱和黏性土、粉土地区,应在打柱全部完成15d后进行开挖.
