    (即发热节数)与母线交叉联接,形成连续并联电阻,母线通电后,各并联电阻 发热,形成一条连续的加热带,这种并联电热带可以任意剪切,将开始发热部分 控制在需要伴热部分,利用冷端作为下次维修的备用线。恒功率电热带不充许叠 绕、交叉及夹在绝热层材料中间,避免造成电热带过热损坏, 串联型恒功率电热带:是一种由芯线作发热体的电热带,在具有一定电阻的 芯线上通过电流,芯线发出热:由于芯线单位长度的电阻和通过的电流,在整个 长度上是相等的,所以各处的发热量也是相等的,形成一条连续的、发热量灼匀 的电热带,不会像并联型电热带随着使用长度的增加造成尾端功率降低,串联型 恒功率电热带一般均按管线实际长度设计,并在出厂时加工成成品供应,施工现 场无需人工接线,安装时应严格按设计长度安装,过长或过短均会影响功率,不 得任意切制,也不允许叠绕、交叉及夹在绝热层中间,避免造成电热带过热损坏。 4、温控馨选型:温控器用于控制被伴热介质温度保持在设定湿度充许改动(温 差)的范围内工作。当设定允许温差改动越小,则采用温控器的精度越高,设定 允许温差浓动较大,则可采用精度较低的温控器,如果用在有防爆要求的场合, 还应选用防爆型温控器, 变功率电热带因有一定的自调控功能,一般情况下可不设温控器。但对介质 温度液动有严格要求的场合,如介质温度改动不应大于士℃时,也需要借助高 精度温控器调控,此时温度传感器安装在被控介质管过或设备的表面,如果用于 防冻,则应采用环境型温度传感器,安装在气温变化比较敏感的地方,如地下车 库出入口处,当气温低于5时,电气开关箱内电谦接通,与该电气开关箱连接 的所有电热带系统都通电开始工作,当气温高于5C时,电源切断,所有电热带 系统断电,停止工作,一个环境型温控券,可以控制一个小区城的电伴热防冻, 恒功率电热带不管用于防冻或保温,都必须设置温控器配合工作,且每个电 伴热系统均单独设立温控器和线传感器,以防超温损坏, 图名 图集号甘12 电伴热编制说明(一) 顶7
